#93 What You Really Need

Cindy challenges us to examine our behavior especially in times of feeling stress, overwhelm, fear, or loneliness, and notice whether or not these choices are helpful, destructive or possibly even avoidant. Then she wants us to ask ourselves what we really need instead of the food, the alcohol, the shopping, or whatever else we are reaching for.
